|Shipping Charges & Delivery Times|
|Shipping and handling charges are based on weight of the items ordered and postal code. Additional freight charges may apply to heavy or oversize items.|
|Areas that are not serviced by Canpar will go or regular ground mail you will receive an e-mail quotation with shipping options and rates.|
|Please note, some orders will require a separate shipping quote depending on the size and weight of the order.|

The following times are for standard ground shipping only.
|Expedited Shipping Services|
|We can ship packages expedited freight quotes will be provided prior to shipping as extra charges will apply.. To help speed up this process, please make sure we have your correct e-mail or telephone information.|
|Tracking Your Order|
|A tracking number, along with a direct link to track your shipment, will be sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also track your shipments on our website under “Order Status” provided you have registered with us.|
|Please note: Tracking numbers are not available for
|Shipping to the U.S.|
|Add the items to your shopping cart and proceed with “Ship to a different address”. Orders shipped to the U.S. are billed in U.S. funds. U.S. pricing, including all applicable taxes and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.|
|International orders are billed in U.S. funds. Please fit the entire address, including postal code, in the two address lines provided on the “Shipping Information” screen. Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. Unfortunately,
we do not have an automated system to calculate international shipping charges.
However, we will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with shipping charges and expected delivery times for the shipping methods available.
Please note: the prices we quote do not include
any customs or duty charges applicable to your order.

|Returning an Item|
|If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase within 45 days by ground mail. You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund (including our regular shipping
charges); we will also refund your return parcel post costs at the ground mail rate.
Returns can also be processed at our retail store location.
