|Orders are subject to taxes based on the shipping destination.|
|Taxes are calculated according to the rate table below.
Please note, taxes are applied to the order total, including shipping and handling
charges. In all provinces, books are taxed at 5%.
|Out-of-stock items may be back ordered and will be sent to you as soon as stock is received. You will be charged for the product only when it ships, and you will not be charged twice for shipping and handling. It is important to note that the in-stock date provided is estimated and not guaranteed.|
|Store Pick-up Orders|
|Store pick-up orders are verified and processed by the store during business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a store pick-up notification e-mail. During business hours, you should receive this e-mail within four hours of having placed your order.|
|Checking Store Availability|
Item availability can be checked at our retail store by calling our toll free number 1-888-298-7097 during regular business hours.
|Please note: store availability information is current, but may change as you shop. If you are travelling to one of our stores, please contact the store to confirm item availability.|
|Items that are out of stock at the retail stores can be back ordered for pick-up only. “Expected In-Store Dates” are provided at the time of order placement. If a date is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as we have additional information.|
|Placing a Pre-paid Store Pick-up Order|
|To place a pre-paid pick-up order, choose the “Store Pick-up” option on the billing information screen and select the store where you would like to pick up your order.|
|If you would like to designate someone else to pick up your order, enter his or her name under “Who will pick up the order?”. He or she will be required to provide identification and a signature at the time of pick-up.|
|The store may need to contact you if there is a problem with your order. To expedite order processing, please provide an e-mail address or phone number where you can be reached during store hours.
|Review the order details on the “Billing/Store Pick-up Recap” screen and proceed to “Continue Checkout”. The payment information screen will display store availability.|
|A store pick-up reference number and an estimated pick-up time will be provided as soon as you complete the checkout process. Your order confirmation e-mail will also display this information.|
|Once you have completed your order, it still needs to be verified at the store. It is important that you wait to receive a store pick-up notification e-mail before going to the store.
|Cancelling/Changing Your Order|
|If you would like to cancel or change your order, please phone
us as soon as possible. You can also

|You are welcome to ship your order to an International address; however, once you submit the shipping address you will be redirected to our International website (US currency). If you have any difficulties proceeding with your order, please call us at 1-613-596-0350 and we would be happy to assist you.|
|Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. Unfortunately, we do not have an automated system to calculate international shipping charges. However, we will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with shipping charges and expected delivery times for the shipping methods available.

|To help speed up this process, please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly with your login information. Your order will not leave our warehouse nor will you be charged until we receive an e-mail from you confirming your preferred shipping method.|
|Customs & Duties|
|Your order may be subject to customs and duties (taxes) that are payable, by you, upon receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate their amount as they vary from country to country. You may want to check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.|

|Your order will be processed in Canadian funds and the total will be converted on your credit card statement by the credit card company.|
|If an item is on back order, a message will appear stating that the item is out of stock with an expected date of arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders for out-of-stock items, but can hold the order until all items are available to be shipped. If you would like the entire order
held, please state this in the “Additional Order Notes” box at the checkout. If
an out-of-stock item is ordered accidentally, we will alert you in the confirmation
e-mail and ask how you would like to proceed.
|If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please
e-mail us for instructions. Unfortunately, shipping costs and return postage
are not refundable on international orders.
