Permananent Positions (Year Round)

Greenhouse Expert:
We are seeking an individual passionate about greenhouse gardeing to assist us with the sales of our high quality backyard greenhouses.
Potential duties will include (but not limited to):

• Sales and installation of greenhouses, including repairs
• Assisting in hiring greenhouse installers
• Other duties as needed

Knowledge of greenhouse gardening is an asset, but training will be provided.

Seasonal Positions (March-Sept)

Store Staff/Greenhouse Staff

If you love people and gardening, we want you at the front end of Garden Retreat! Our floor staff provide
You will have the opportunity to learn about gardening from our more experienced staff, but applicants with some knowlege of gardening are preferred, as you will be expected to provide gardening-related customer service. Customer service and POS experience is an asset.
Duties will include:

• Assist customers with retail sales and provide answers to plant and gardening-related questions
• Answer store/greenhouse phone
• Water and maintain plants
• Help keep greenhouses and store clean
• Operate cash register
• Shipping and receiving, and pricing product as it arrives
• Other duties as required

Greenhouse Installer
If you love to work outside, we are seeking motivated individuals able to do so in any of the unprediactable weather conditions in Calgary!
Duties will include:

• Shipping and receieving
• Installation and repairs of greenhouses
• Customer Service
• Other duties as required
